When she was learning Aerobic dancing, she found that she had great interest on yoga.

Then, she got the first certificate of Elderly and Hydro Fitness.

Continuously, Magrarita further studied yoga in Hong Kong Yoga Association to raise her level to the peak.

Beside yoga, Magrarita is also kind on cosmetology and classical dance.

She has advanced studies cosmetology in France.

She looks forward to sharing her passion with the students and guiding them to find the sweet spot between strength and surrender “yoga is a kind of relaxation which can help you to overcome yours ultimate;

She practiced Yoga for more than 5 years.

 She obtained the certificate of IHFI and now teaching yoga in St.Thomas Catholic church every week.

Furthermore, she advanced studies in Hong Kong Yoga Association for several years.

By chance, she taught yoga voluntarily for St.John’s Cathedral HIV Education Centre.

Frankly speaking, yoga is a part of her life.

Peggy finds yoga to be an amazingly challenging experience both physically and mentally.

Through yoga she has found a deeper sense of self-awareness and self confidence.

Beside yoga, she practices Salsa in Hong Kong Western Dance Council frequently.

Also, she teaches Jazz and children dance as well. In these two fields, she is always with endless energy.

In cosmetology field, she obtained her professional certificate from ITEC,

 including the certificate of ITEC make up and ITEC Aestheticienne.

She has a great interest in cosmetology. Participated in the cover girl competition, wedding expo catwalk show and PC weekly magazine were her valuable experience.
Beside cosmetology,

Prairie became licensed as a massage therapist for some years.

 She got the certificate of ITEC Anatomy, physiology & body massage.

And she took her studies towards such as Lomi Lomi Body message and Chinese Tuina therapy.
